Tekkers Academy and Performance X have officially joined forces. By bringing together Bahrain's biggest academy and specialists in elite individual development, we are creating an even stronger pathway for every player.

At Tekkers Academy, players build their technical foundation, game understanding and team play in a high quality academy environment. At Performance X, the focus is on personalised individual development, with individual and small-group sessions, allowing for detailed coaching and attention to every aspect of a player's game.

Together, players now have access to the best of both worlds: a complete development pathway that combines academy football with tailored individual coaching to maximise their potential.

Our mission is simple: help every player become the very best version of themselves, here in Bahrain, across the region and beyond.

Shaping the modern footballer

Performance X adds a specialised layer of personalised coaching alongside the work players already do at the academy. Sessions are shaped around one player's goals, developing them technically, physically and mentally, at a pace matched to their level.

The programme works across the full development pathway: young players as early as U7 building foundational skills, through to established academy and club players sharpening specific areas of their game, up to national team players fine-tuning performance at the highest level. Every session is built around the individual in front of the coach.

Our core focus is the finer details of the game. Because we guarantee a closely monitored environment, nothing is missed. Every single touch and decision habit is shaped in the moment.

Performance X is the biggest accredited individual football coaching company in Bahrain. The company and every one of our coaches are registered and operating legally, with full safeguarding in place, and our coaches have worked at the top of the game including within the academy setups at West Ham United and Chelsea.
